| Preparation of files for
large format digital output:
• file must be in proportion to the finished size
and not less than 10% scale
• all files should be Mac compatible, CMYK
• all files which include text need to be supplied
with fonts or converted to outlines
• colour proof and pantone references are required for critical colours
• any images used need to be supplied with the
master file
• Photographic images should be 20-30Mb per square
metre required at 300 dpi. Ideal maximum file size 120mb |

• Indesign - eps (outline or supply fonts)
• Quark Xpress (supply fonts)

Artwork can be received
as:
• Compact Disc or DVD
• Memory stick/flash drive
• Email - max size 15mb

Flat artwork, photographs, transparencies and
negatives must be scanned for output which is chargeable
Nb. Any pre-press time (retouching, cleaning etc.) is also
chargeable.
