What We Do
LARGE FORMAT PRINT
From printing with archival pigment inks in up to 11 colours, to the latest eco-friendly Latex printers and incredibly versatile flatbed UV printing, we have the equipment and the people to deal with a multitude of print and display projects for indoor and out.
Our print capability is backed up by state of the art computer cutting machines and an experienced production team who ensure the perfect finish.
DIRECT TO MEDIA
Direct to Media UV Printing allows us to print on almost any surface up to 50mm thick. Our printer uses six-colour archival inks which are almost instantly cured on the surface using ultra-violet light; resulting in a long lasting, water resistant image.
The addition of white ink means that we can produce high quality, vibrant images on dark coloured media and create special effects on transparent materials such as glass or Perspex.
Materials: Foamex / Dibond / Perspex / Wood / Glass / Leather / Vinyl / Metal / Foil
FINE ART PRINT
Sometimes known as Giclée, we refer to ours as Digital Pigment Prints. With the latest technology and the highest resolutions, we can achieve exceptional results on a wide range of leading fine art papers including Somerset and Hahnemühle.
The twelve-colour, 200 year archival inks are also ideal for printing on to artist canvas which we can stretch for you using custom-made exhibition quality frames.
VINYL PRINT & CUT
Our eco-friendly HP Latex printers produce an unbeatable quality print on all types of self-adhesive vinyl. We have the resources to adhere graphics onto the trickiest of surfaces, from conformable hi-tack vinyl on exterior brickwork and cobbled paths to ultra-peel vinyl on 300-year old limestone walls. Our vinyl meets even the most stringent of regulations and safety requirements and has been installed in numerous hospitals, Grade II listed buildings and throughout the London Underground network.
Vinyl cut has long been a favourite with galleries and retailers as it is simple, cost effective and easy to install. Vinyl comes in an almost endless range of colours and finishes and, with the latest computer cutting technology, we are able quickly turnaround lengthy texts, intricate patterns and entire installations on the largest of scales.
Applications: Signage / Retail Windows / Gallery Walls / Offices / Manifestations / Vehicles / Installations
Our wallpapers are printed in strips, or drops, which can make up a dazzling pattern or a single large-scale image once installed. We have printed and installed a wide variety of wallpapers, vinyl and textured wall coverings in art galleries, stores, hospitals and corporate offices around the UK and Europe.
A material known as PVC Free Wallpaper makes up the majority of these prints, having become a favourite of ours for its excellent colour quality and fine matt surface. It installs quickly as it is pre-pasted and water activated, so doesn’t require any special adhesives, removing just as easily at the end of exhibitions without causing any damage.
Interior and exterior signage comes in many forms. From corporate identity and wayfinding to retail, galleries and fascias, we can print and install permanent and temporary signage in a wide range of materials to suit almost any situation. We work with multiple design companies in creating innovative ways of catching people’s attention. Five metre wide banners can be welded endlessly to create giant graphic displays, hoarding can be printed and installed to disguise building works in progress, and giant fabric flags can be printed using dye-sublimation.
Materials: Acrylic / Foamex / Di-bond / Stainless Steel / Aluminium / Banner / PVC / Wood / Fabric
From the standard opaque matt and gloss through to more exciting, specialist options such as mirrored, glow-in-the-dark, 3M Optically Clear and florescent; we have the materials and the latest equipment capable of producing window graphics of any size, shape or colour down to tiny stickers or decals.
Coloured translucent films can enliven office spaces, whilst frosted and one-way vision offer immediate privacy without blocking out natural light. We regularly produce and install full-colour, full-size window graphics for retailers and pop-up events, transforming glazed surfaces in to versatile graphic backdrops for brand engagement and visual merchandising.
CNC CUTTING & FABRICATION
Our versatile ESKO Kongsberg machine can cut, crease and shape almost any sheet or roll material. The precision computer-aided system and extensive range of tools ensures perfect results whether trimming wallpaper drops, milling sheets of MDF or perforating the creases on 3D cardboard sculptures. We love working on unusual and challenging projects – call us to see how we can help you.

Modern Art Oxford
Barbara Kruger ‘Untitled (Titled)’ 2014
For the monumental solo exhibition of internationally acclaimed artist Barbara Kruger, we produced a site-specific architectural vinyl wrap of the entire Upper Gallery at Modern Art Oxford; which still remains one of the most challenging projects we have undertaken. The precise and dramatic juxtapositions of text combined with the somewhat irregular nature of the space required extensive artworking, as well as specialist conformable vinyl and laminate to cover the uneven brick surface. The installation was very well received by the artist and Modern Art Oxford; afterwards going on to win the prestigious MACtac Creative Award.

Gibson / Martelli
We’ve worked closely with Gibson / Martelli developing and producing projects that have been exhibited at Selfridges, the Barbican Centre and the Jaffe-Friede Gallery, USA. The duo create installations and performance spaces using virtual reality, print and video technology. Big Bob is a giant harlequin structure printed on fluted board, computer cut and creased in sections to stand at 13m long fully assembled. Art on the Underground
Art on the Underground provide much needed visual and intellectual stimulation to journeys around London. We have been pleased to work with them in recent years on several projects; one of which being a large scale vinyl graphic covering the Southwark Station hoarding, featuring an intriguing work by Richard Wentworth, If history could be folded, where would you put the crease? Our latest project was for composer Matt Rogers’ and his series of new works, We Happened to Travel. Live performances and printed vinyl graphics were dispersed across Brixton, Kings Cross and Euston stations as well as a playful installation at Walthamstow Bus Station using one-way vision vinyl. This work is part of Underline: Art & Music for the Victoria Line.

401 are a London based design studio specialising in identity, exhibition and print design and their clients include architects, cultural institutions and civic bodies. Commissioned by The Architects’ Journal, 401 created a flexible and sustainable exhibition for MIPIM UK 2014 at Olympia London, showcasing new work by 79 architectural practices from around the globe. As well as printing and building walls around the space, we produced around 150 linear metres of computer cut recyclable honeycomb which formed a concertina arrangement, ideal for displaying graphics and information. We have also worked with the group on projects for the NLA, King’s Cross Visitors Centre and TfL.

Sarah Lucas, 2013
Bawdy euphemisms and repressed truths lie at the heart of artist Sarah Lucas’ work and feature strongly in the many wallpapers that we have produced and installed for her in past five years at Sadie Coles HQ, Whitechapel Gallery and the Whitworth Museum. We prototyped and project managed the printing of Sarah Lucas’ wallpaper, Tits In Space, which was produced using four special spot colours on traditional machinery in Lancashire. Around 80 rolls of wallpaper were installed by our team at the Whitworth Museum in Manchester, and subsequently became available as a signed and numbered Limited Edition.
PVC Free Wallpaper / Large-Format Print / Installation
For years we have been producing and installing window displays around the UK for high-end fashion retailer and activist Dame Vivienne Westwood. Her designs are renowned for combining unconformity with a sense of tradition, and the window displays are often made up of an eccentric array of materials and techniques to reflect this. From huge stretched fabric backdrops featuring Delacroix and Gainsborough paintings, to free-standing instruments cut to shape on honeycomb. We spend a lot of time working closely with Westwood’s window designers, developing solutions to ensure the projects are realised to their full potential.

University College Hospital
In recent years illustrator and designers, Peepshow Collective, have enlivened the corridors, wards and theatres of the children’s departments at Royal London and University College Hospitals. Omni have been proud to produce and install these decorative murals through a mix of computer cut graphics and printed graphics on a special long-life safety rated vinyl. The play rooms, rest rooms and even the bed numbers were adorned, improving not only the wayfinding process around the wards, but a more welcoming environment that can speed up the healing process for all. Vinyl Print / Wallpaper / Installation / Wayfinding / Signage
We have had the pleasure of working with Creative Styling for over ten years; artworking, producing and installing at a huge number of product launches, photoshoots and high profile seasonal pop-up shows. Their clients range from L’Oreal and Garnier to international multi-media giant, The Walt Disney Company. We have recently branded luxury chocolate gift boxes for an Urban Decay mail out and installed graphics over four floors of the historical Gallery House Soho for the NYX Blogger & Media Breakfast.
Artworking / Project Management / Installation / Branding / Marketing
Having worked on several projects for conceptual art legend Lawrence Weiner at South London and Lisson Galleries, we were proud to produce and install a major body of his work at Blenheim Palace: Within A Realm Of Distance. After extensive testing, several techniques and materials were used in order to preserve the 300-year old limestone walls that made up the heritage site: low tack ultra-peel vinyl was applied to the ceiling of the Long Library and walls of the Chapel, lightweight built up letters installed above the main entrance, and built up Foamex phrases were fixed to the walls of the Great Hall.
